Many people feel powerless to their emotions. We crave being in control but usually focus our energy on things outside of our control. Laurie will help you regain your power and focus your energy on what you can actually change. She takes on a client centered, trauma informed approach to healing, that is focused on your unique goals and challenges.

I will utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques that will help you reframe your negative and unhelpful ways of thinking into positive thoughts and give you the skills you need to be fully in control of your emotions.
