Professional statement

Feeling stuck and overwhelmed? It is hard to be fully prepared for all of the challenges life throws at us. You don't have face it alone. Whether you're struggling with emotional difficulties or other real-life obstacles, therapy can give you a space to pause, breathe, and reflect on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work through the patterns holding you back, build practical tools for coping and growth, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling.

Over the past twenty years as a therapist, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship and workplace difficulties, illness, grief, and major life transitions. I work in the present to help clients build awareness and engage with themselves more authentically.

Message to clients

My goal is to help you reconnect with your spontaneous self and move beyond the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This also means taking ownership of your choices, feelings and actions. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives, strengthen self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.

I help clients build a stronger, more grounded sense of self. How that growth is expressed is personal to each individual. Emotional struggles can sometimes reflect a disconnect from one's values, identity, or authentic self. As people gain greater clarity about who they are, they often experience increased resilience, self-acceptance, and feel better.
