Professional statement

Lenna Salbashian is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Art Therapist, and Yoga Therapist serving clients in the U.S. and internationally. She specializes in helping individuals navigate challenges related to disordered eating, body image, identity development, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Lenna also offers life coaching and executive business coaching, focusing on burnout resilience and enhancing performance.

With a holistic, person-centered approach, Lenna combines her expertise as a registered yoga teacher and expressive arts therapist to help clients connect with their mind and body. She incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), emphasizing mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. Her unique integration of visual, movement, and auditory arts allow clients to explore and express themselves creatively, fostering insight, meaning, and personal growth.

Before establishing her private practice, Lenna gained extensive experience in hospitals and outpatient treatment centers, including her role as a holistic psychotherapist at Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center. She collaborates with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients overcoming eating disorders.

Lenna is dedicated to helping each client forge their own path to healing, unlock their creativity, and discover deeper meaning in life through a blend of verbal and artistic expression within a supportive, non-judgmental space.
