Professional statement

I am a Licensed Social Worker, dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being through compassionate counseling. My therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, deep breathing exercises, and a client-centered, strengths-based perspective. I am also eager to expand my expertise through future training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

With several years of experience in the field, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals in clinical settings. I've provided support to clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.

What truly fuels my passion as a counselor and as an individual is my commitment to helping those who have experienced trauma, grief, or wrestle with anxiety and depression. My mission is to guide them on their journey, empowering them, equipping them with coping skills, and fostering a deeper self-understanding to navigate life's adversities more effectively.

My preferred client population includes teenagers and young adults, starting from the age of 14 and up. I have a particular affinity for clients who are open to investing time and embracing vulnerability as they pursue healing and personal growth.

I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your path to greater well-being and personal development.
