Lina understands that mental health affects us in many ways and works with her clients to ensure they have a safe, comfortable space to understand and navigate their thoughts and feelings. Lina works with a trauma-informed lens so clients have the opportunity to work though the challenges they have faced and begin to live more comfortably in their own skin. She supports her clients throughout their therapeutic journey by identifying their stressors and creating paths to cope with everyday occurrences. By identifying these stressors, Lina is able to create productive coping skills to ensure her clients are able to have an increased sense of wellbeing.
