Any and ALL appointments are scheduled appointments only.

With over 25 years in the human service field, Lisa presents with strong professionalism, committment and work ethic to allow clients to achieve an optimal level of functioning in many life areas (emotional, physical, social and family), utilizing diverse therapeutic and evidenced based practice skills suited towards the needs of the client.

Lisa creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies for positive change. Such changes will enable you to improve your confidence, communication, explore healthy relationships and boundaries, and resolve inner conflicts to enable you to give yourself the self respect you deserve. Lisa specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and other related stressors, including family systems functioning and how family dynamics can impact the individual(s) within the family. Lisa often resolves interpersonal functioning issues by enabling you to understand the root causes of your symptoms to increase your self awareness. Increased self awareness is a valuable component in therapy as it helps influence the outcomes you may want for yourself and improve your decision making skills, in turn increasing your confidence as well.

Other interventions include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, as well as solution, emotion and trauma focused therapy approaches.
