Dr. Livia Freier is a Clinical Psychologist in Rhode Island who specializes in helping clients with anxiety, including General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and social anxiety, as well as existential challenges, adjustment difficulties, eating disorder, and concerns related to interpersonal relationships. Additionally, Dr. Freier works with clients who are experiencing depression, both long-term and situational. Her practice is open to both individual adults and couples. I know it can be difficult to make the decision to start therapy. My role as a therapist is to provide you with the skills that will allow you to take control of healing from anxiety and depression. I work with individuals and couples who are committed to overcoming self-doubt, change unhealthy behaviors, and reframe limiting beliefs.
