Message to clients

My hope for you is to have a space to feel seen and heard without judgment. In sessions we will work towards quieting the unhelpful noise of your internal dialogue and your external world and tune into what is important to you. In sessions this might look like talking about and processing experiences or stories that are weighing on you. We might also practice therapeutic skills together, like mindful meditation, and we will definitely explore your core values. Ultimately, therapy is for you. It is about building a relationship of trust. I serve as a guide toward your goals while you, as the expert on your life, live with meaning and purpose.
