Logan Hamel is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Rockford, MI serving clients via telehealth in Michigan, Wisconsin and Rhode Island. Logan enjoys working with young adults and adults, and specializes in helping enhance sports performance. She works with many athletes from all sports, particularly those who feel overwhelmed by the expectations they carry or uncertain about who they are and what they want to achieve. She also helps individuals who face challenges with disordered eating, body image, perfectionism, and OCD.
Logan is passionate about incorporating yoga into her work, while also offering evidence-based therapy approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and breathwork. Her goal is to help clients gain more psychological flexibility so they can lean into self-trust, following their intuition without distress. Clients grow their mindfulness practice when working with Logan, becoming more self-aware both of what’s happening for them physically as well as emotionally.
Logan earned a Master’s degree in Sports and Performance Psychology from Adler University. She is a certified yoga instructor and has been working with clients for nearly ten years. She encourages clients to live through their core values so they can feel at peace with their fast-paced lives.
