Message to clients

I offer a highly individualized approach to therapy that allows me to step into my client's worlds to understand the people, places, and events that hold meaning for them. i believe I am a trusted voice in my clients' lives and many say that they have never been as honest in therapy as they are working with me.

I seek to create a space that is safe and allows clients to be vulnerable enough to reveal parts of themselves that they ordinarily keep hidden and may cause them embarrassment or shame.

I strive from the start of therapy to alleviate symptoms and find opportunities for clients to find peace, calm and joy in their day to day lives. The goal of the therapy is to connect clients with their authentic selves, heal emotional and psychological pain, and build a strong foundation for the next phase of life.

I am a firm believer in time limited therapy. I do not rush my clients through the process but from the start we establish the goals for therapy and when we reach them clients feel the difference and know that they are ready to "graduate from therapy."
