It is a human imperative to grow, and keep growing.
However, sometimes we get stuck in systems which are too rigid to allow for the growth we need to do. At other times, life presents a huge plot twist and we need to accelerate the pace to keep up and keep moving. Therapy can be a great resource to help with either of these dilemmas.
Whatever you’re bringing to the room, we can make space for it together. We will figure out what’s negotiable and what isn’t; where you have agency and where there is a need for acceptance and perhaps grief about what can’t be resolved.
The most important cornerstone of the work is the therapeutic relationship itself. The first step is to meet and find out if we are a good fit.
