Message to clients

Hey there! Do you ever feel like no one understands what you are going through? As a therapist who has been to therapy (and still goes sometimes!), I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted. My intention is to create an environment where you feel that you are truly listened to and comfortable opening up. Recognizing this, my approach consists of building trust between us and then diving deeper into the issues you want to address. I will meet you where you are at, and we can go from there! I am here to provide a listening ear, another perspective, encouragement, support, and hope.
