Maggie Mishra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Wilmington, NC who works with children, adolescents/teenagers, young adults, parents, and families. Maggie’s approach is trauma informed, strengths based, and collaborative. She tailors treatment using a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Child Parent Psychotherapy. Maggie helps clients consider alternative and realistic perspectives to their concerns; strengthen their motivation to make positive changes; empower themselves to recognize, use and build upon their strengths; reflect upon their life experiences and gain insight, and develop coping skills to handle life’s stressful situations.
