Message to clients

My practice empowers clients who are seeking to live a rich life - one which involves mountain-top moments that imprint in our memories and shape our character as well as the inevitable loss, disappointment, monotony, and struggle. I employ a strength-based and integrative approach to help my clients find joy in the struggle, seek peace with intention, reignite passion, and choose hope. I work with adult clients of all ages including college and graduate students, work/life balancers, career starters and changers, soon-to-be and new mothers, parents, care-providers of aging parents, LGBTQ+, empty nesters, and retirees.

In taking a collaborative approach, I see my clients start to understand the root of their feelings, identify negative patterns, and implement change in their daily lives. I provide space for individuals to practice healthy communication skills, make progress towards goals, and balance self-acceptance with the pursuit to become our better selves.

Therapy is for everyone. I believe that every person would benefit from a trusted, neutral person that can help you think through your behavior and relationship patterns and brainstorm solutions to become a better version of yourself. If you are feeling stuck in your situation or mindset, I encourage you to contact me and get started on your journey.
