Professional statement

Marina believes in a strengths based approach to therapy, one where we all have the inner strength and resilience to overcome the challenges we are facing and change our lives for the better. In her sessions, Marina focuses on using your strengths rather than focusing on your weaknesses and shortcomings to help aid you in reaching a more positive outlook on your life while improving your resilience and reaching your goals.

Message to clients

I understand that therapy can be tough. In our work together, we are going to unpack the hardest parts of your story to unpack, discuss your vulnerabilities, and discover all of the things that make you who you are. Because of this, I prioritize providing a collaborative, upbeat safe space where we will move at your pace while ensuring we are taking strides forward. I bring light humor into the conversation when appropriate and ensure I am tailoring my therapeutic techniques to each client based on their specific needs.
