I have been in the social work field since 2014 helping children, teens, and adults through their various concerns. I enjoy treating any individual who feels they would benefit from therapy, especially if their concerns are multi-faceted and complex. I am dual-licensed to treat both substance use and mental health concerns in the state of Montana and Washington state. I have completed trainings in modalities such as DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed therapy. However, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and often integrate multiple theoretical approaches in my work with clients.
I have experience in treating individuals in a wide variety of therapeutic settings ranging from residential to outpatient treatment centers. Through my experience, I have found the most profound change for clients is accomplished through long term, client-focused therapy in an outpatient setting. I offer therapy sessions via telehealth, so clients have the flexibility to join from wherever they feel most comfortable.
