Message to clients

Therapy can be hard. It's not just showing up; it's allowing yourself to feel, process and heal the wounds from the past or present. Whether your goals are to surf life's waves, to learn to respond vs. react, to quiet your body / mind or to better navigate other challenging moments, I'm ready to walk with you to achieve those goals.

More than anything, I enourage you to begin noticing your strengths - even when if feels like they are hard to see. Your resiliency is what led you here. "Here" being a place where your goal is to learn more about yourself and to heal and to grow. And that's amazing.
