Michael is passionate about helping his clients create meaningful and lasting change. His mindful presence and empathic listening skills help create a warm, nonjudgmental atmosphere to encourage individuals along the path to their most authentic self.
Michael specializes working with individuals with complex trauma, relationship issues, addictive behaviors, depression and anxiety. He takes a highly empathic and interpersonal approach to therapy and integrates techniques from the psychodynamic, behavioral, existential, and spiritual traditions.
