Im a licensed mental health counselor and graduated from Long Island University.

I have a practice in Long Island as well as meeting with clients virtually.

In my practice, I strive to work collaboratively with each client or couple by tailoring treatment to both enhance core strengths and target areas of challenge.

I specialize in trauma, addictions and couples work, and also work with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety.

I take a highly empathetic and interpersonal approach to therapy and integrate EMDR, IFS and other evidence based techniques from the CBT, psychodynamic, existential, and spiritual traditions.

My passion is guiding my clients to create meaningful and lasting change.
