Message to clients

I am spiritual, open minded, authentic, and trauma-informed. We all have the capacity to heal given the right tools and support. I will meet you where you're at. With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, I partner with individuals to help them identify goals and develop new coping strategies. In addition to talk therapy, I provide practical guidance and exercises to help you achieve desired change. I recognize and honor all pathways to recovery and am also well-versed in 12-step approach.

I have specialized training in EMDR, CBT, DBT (mindfulness), and somatic (mind-body) practices. I am a Level II Reiki practitioner. If interested, I can also utilize Oracle decks, Tarot for Therapists, Jungian, and dreamwork techniques. I pursed additional holistic training by becoming a Licensed Esthetician (2018) and Licensed Massage Therapist (2019) and briefly worked in a spa setting. This experience strengthened my appreciation and understanding of the mind-body connection.
