Nancy Warnars is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a practice in East Lansing, Michigan and connects with clients all over the state as a tele-therapist.

Nancy works with clients across the life span that want to leave the past behind and create a new way of enjoying daily life.

Are you depressed, stressed, unmotivated and just know there is a better way. You are not alone and help is just a phone call or text a way. There are so many strategies to improve life and as the saying goes "really work on yourself." It is a paradox- once you change- everything changes. It is a process and it takes your participation. Nancy's approach is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jungian, Adlerian Therapy -evidence-based approaches that help's clients understand that every thought is a force sent out, and client's have an absolute choice of which thoughts are getting empowered. Client's are encouraged to process past feelings that hold them back and move toward better feeling thoughts and actions. Client's pay attention on how family dynamics have shaped their lives and how it affects their present lives.

Client's work to create a new script that empowers their lives. Client's learn that self-care is really important part of moving forward.
