See Nashel's Details for:
Nashel believes clients are experts on themselves and considers her clients emotions, feelings and self-observations. Combining a client’s ability to look within themselves paired with a controlled environment helps clients grow, learn more about themselves than they may have realized was there, and most importantly, find comfort.
Nashel provides validation, coping skills, observations of patterns, CBT and mindfulness techniques during her sessions. Most importantly, she offers her clients a safe place to talk without fear of judgment or rejection. She strives to make her sessions as comfortable for the client as possible, and can adapt sessions to meet the needs of each client for a unique approach to in-person therapy.
