Professional statement

Nashley is a licensed bi-lingual addictions therapist with a background in social work, and she works with individuals motivated to maintain their recovery journey and learn more about themselves along the way. Nashley has a diverse background due to my experiences across the gambit of settings from inpatient detox and residential centers, community based programming, state prisons, and outpatient clinics. As such, Nashley works with adults to process trauma and daily stressors that may be impacting their ability to become the version of themselves they wish to achieve.

Message to clients

I take a persons centered approach to therapy as I am a firm believer in meeting people where they're at. Utilizing facets of Ml, mindfulness-based DBT, CBT, solutions-focused and narrative therapy, I work with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to identify patterns and foster resilience to challenge their current narrative.

As a BIPOC therapist, I strive to provide culturally sensitive & affirming therapy across social identities to assist with substance misuse/dual diagnosis, LGBTQIA2S+ care, probation, and addressing the impact of systemic challenges in the narrative. YOU are the expert of your story, and I look forward to working with you towards your next chapter.
