Message to clients

It's a journey finding yourself in a position to seek therapy. And matching with the right therapist takes time too. Be patient, think about your goals with therapy, and research each therapist accordingly.

My calendar may not be currently visible through Zencare, though I'd be happy to schedule a phone consultation or session to meet if you'd like. I have a website you could check out, and if you have any questions or if you're interested in learning more about what it's like to work with me, please feel free to reach out, I'd be happy to talk!
