Mental Health Counselor - Limited Permit, MHC-LP Practice: Resilience Lab Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsTherapy with Nicole is a space where clients can foster their happiness, fulfillment, and overall wellness. By reflecting on their unique personal beliefs and values, clients are able to increase their self awareness and move through life with more confidence.
Nicole works with first-generation Americans, female identifying clients, and people struggling with life transitions to feel more grounded and secure in themselves. Her approach includes teaching mindfulness skills to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and increase overall wellbeing. She also works with clients to identify and build upon their inner strengths so they can learn to lean on them in the face of adversity.
Nicole is on a mission to destigmatize mental health care, especially in immigrant and BIPOC communities. Empowering people with tools to emotionally regulate, identify unhelpful patterns, and communicate in a healthy way will create a ripple effect that could help to heal ourselves and others.
