Message to clients

Welcome! I'm a biracial clinician committed to providing affirming services to individuals from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on BIPOC and other marginalized identities. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment that honors your unique experiences.

With a foundation in trauma-informed care and cultural inclusivity, I bring experience in helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, grief and loss, and neurodivergence. I also specialize in supporting individuals facing family difficulties, school-related stress, and financial concerns, particularly young women, college students, and Gen Z.

My approach is rooted in strengths-based therapy and evidence-based approaches, which means I believe in harnessing your existing strengths to foster growth and resilience. Together, we will work towards your goals and desires, making them the centerpiece of our collaboration. Throughout our journey, you can expect empathy, honesty, and open-mindedness from me. I believe in creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore and heal. I also understand the power of humor in therapy. With a touch of levity, I aim to create an atmosphere that upholds dignity while nurturing a sense of safety. Laughter can often be a pathway to deeper understanding and healing.

Taking the step to see a therapist is an important part of your self-development journey, and finding the right fit is crucial. Don't hesitate to reach out to our intake coordinator and let them know you found my profile. They will be happy to schedule a call and provide further information.
