Message to clients

As an empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable therapist, I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to explore their concerns as their true and authentic selves. I value that each person’s experience is unique, so I approach each client with respect and an open, non-judgmental mind. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop goals and strategies that align with their values and draw on a variety of evidence-based practices that I can tailor to my clients individual needs.

With my warm and caring demeanor, I instill a sense of hope and empowerment in those who work with me, guiding them towards greater self-awareness, personal growth, and overall well-being. I also have a healthy sense of humor which I employ when working with clients when I feel it is appropriate and appreciated, as I believe a therapist who possesses a healthy sense of humor can create a warmer, more welcoming environment for their clients.
