Nikki understands therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and the client should be met where they are. Everyone should be allowed to thrive and it is important to collaborate with clients and tailor the approach to meet the specific needs of each client. A holistic approach may be taken, considering various aspects of each client’s life, such as relationships, work, and personal growth.
Nikki will work with her clients to identify patterns, develop insights, and explore new perspectives. She will provide tools, strategies, and techniques to help the client navigate challenges, manage stress, and promote self-care. She will also use other modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness to encourage the healing process. So much of what happens in daily life stems from thoughts and emotions. She will work with her clients to reframe negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
