Message to clients

Hello! I'm so glad you're here and taking a meaningful step toward starting therapy! Reaching out for support can be difficult, and I strive to make therapy feel welcoming, supportive, and collaborative from the very beginning. I am a counselor-in-training working under the supervision of Shannel Hawkins, LPCC-S, and I work with adolescents and adults in a nonjudgmental space to help you better understand yourself and your experiences.

My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you build coping skills, explore emotions, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

I welcome working with individuals from all backgrounds, with particular experience supporting marginalized and multicultural communities. I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and women’s issues, meeting you with warmth and support as you move toward growth.
