As a Christian Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with adults and adolescents who want to make positive changes in their life. This may be working through fear, loneliness, sadness, a recent major life change, or just wanting to work on loving themselves.

I know that it takes a lot of courage to start looking for a therapist. You might be experiencing a pain that you don't know how to overcome on your own. Whether it is sadness that won't go away, fear, or simply a tough time dealing with life's issues, its time to work on it. That's what brought you here.
