Message to clients

As a Christian Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with adults and adolescents who want to make positive changes in their life. This may be working through fear, loneliness, sadness, a recent major life change, or just wanting to work on loving themselves.

I know that it takes a lot of courage to start looking for a therapist. You might be experiencing a pain that you don't know how to overcome on your own. Whether it is sadness that won't go away, fear, or simply a tough time dealing with life's issues, its time to work on it. That's what brought you here. It's hard to carry this on your own, and you are ready for change. You might not be sure how, or with whom, but you are ready. I am so proud of you and your courage. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you embark on your healing journey.
