Polly Robertson, LCSW-S, works with individual adults and teens (18+) navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, dual-diagnosis, substance use, self-esteem, family issues, and veteran-related concerns. She understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and she is committed to making the experience comfortable, safe, and empowering.
Polly believes in building a foundation of trust and openness with each client. Her warm, compassionate presence helps individuals feel at ease as they begin sharing their experiences. She approaches therapy as a collaborative journey, where clients are supported in identifying what matters most to them and creating meaningful change in their lives. Polly emphasizes that mental health struggles are part of being human—they do not define a person.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Polly draws from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. She utilizes Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for coping and healing. She also honors each person’s background and culture, ensuring clients feel fully understood and respected.
Polly has worked with diverse populations, including veterans and individuals impacted by abuse, adoption, developmental disabilities, and complex family dynamics. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Southwest Texas State University and continues to stay current in her field to offer the highest quality care.
Polly provides both in-person and virtual sessions and is available Wednesday through Saturday, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. She accepts a wide range of insurances and offers private pay options at $180 for individuals and $200 for family sessions.
You don’t have to face things alone. Polly is here to help you take the next step toward healing and living with greater confidence and peace.
