Message to clients

Schooled in both Eastern and Western psychology, I bring a contemplative, fluid perspective to the exploration of the human mind and the alleviation of suffering. Using a psychoanalytic, interpersonal approach, I enjoy working at the edges of deep experience – in the openness between awareness and dissociation, past and present, individuation and interrelatedness – to help my clients increase their capacity to tolerate ambiguity and ambivalence, to make meaning from experience, and to expand their understanding of self. Together we find pathways that lead beyond old limitations and engraved patterns of being towards a life of greater freedom and ease.
I am strong but gentle, and able to comfortably contain a high degree of distress.
