Rita Mercante is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Midtown East, Manhattan with expertise in mood and anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and borderline personality disorder (BPD).
