Finding a therapist is difficult, so I hope that can end here! Open-minded collaboration is my key to successful therapy. In working together, we combine your preferences with my relaxed style and research-proven techniques that include cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and traditional talk therapies. Given that your situation will be unique to others, I make sure to complement these standard techniques with other approaches and creative thinking to make sure you move forward. Overall, we aim to explore, understand, and most importantly, take action on your issues, as well as prevent them from returning later.
We can do therapy on a short- or long-term basis. While I want you to be self-reliant, some clients choose to work with me continually for sticky challenges, maintenance, prevention, or ongoing improvement. Please call or email me for a free 15-minute consultation. If I'm not the best therapist for you, I'll point you in the right direction!
