Message to clients

As a licensed clinical social worker, I focus on creating a welcoming and safe space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, free from judgment. My goal is to provide a place where you can truly express what’s on your mind and feel heard throughout the process.

Since I began my practice, I’ve worked with many individuals to help them navigate difficult times. Together, we explore thought patterns and emotional behaviors to uncover their roots, allowing us to find healthier ways to approach life’s challenges. My aim is to equip you with the right tools to shift your perspective and move forward with confidence and a more positive outlook.

I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, drawing from my experience in middle and high school settings as well as with individuals dealing with a range of mental health concerns in outpatient settings.

In our work together, I want you to feel empowered in the process. You are the expert of your own story, and my role is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings and gain the clarity and guidance needed to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
