Dr. Sandra Ostroff is a licensed clinical psychologist. She specializes in treating anxiety in teens and adults. Dr. Sandra has extensive training in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills.
