Message to clients

Have you frequently been feeling anxious and overwhelmed? Do you feel like your mind is a flow of never ending what if's? Is your teen feeling anxious about friendships, academics, or bad things happening? You're in the right place. I can help.

My approach to therapy is active, time-limited, and compassionate.

Active: Together, we will take tangible steps using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to reach your treatment goals. I prioritize clients leaving each session with tangible steps for continued progress that they feel good about.

Time-Limited: While it depends on various factors/individualized goals, my patients typically see significant progress in 8-12 sessions. My goal = you no longer needing me because you have the tools and mindset to cope independently!

Compassionate: I want our sessions to be a time you or your teen look forward to attending - even when there is "tough stuff" discussed. I am committed to creating a nonjudgemental space where all clients feel understood, validated and safe. I consider it my job to cultivate a space where you feel validated in where you are at AND motivated to take the necessary steps to see the progress you want.
