Sarah holds a space for clients to explore themselves, their past, present, and future, and work through challenges within each of those aspects. Through discussing and understanding relationships, trauma, and the effects on the self, her clients achieve self-discovery and self-acceptance.
She offers space for each individual to uncover and explore their true identity. Her clients will be free to explore complex emotions and ideas while setting goals for self-discovery and self-improvement.
Sarah is open to all types of clients but specializes in younger age groups between 10 and 35 years old. She helps clients explore complex issues surrounding trauma, relationships, anxiety, and life transitions.

Adjustment difficulties & disorders - Support around adapting to new and/or challenging life circumstances; skill-building for improved stress management and reduction of anxiety.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Communication issues - Developing effective interpersonal skills in relationships withpartners, families, and co-workers; using healthy methods of communication to convey needs and respond to others
