See Sarah's Details for:
Society places a positive value on pleasure, and a negative value on pain. Naturally, many people spend their lives seeking pleasure to avoid pain, which often leads to disconnection, addiction, and mental health struggles.
Sarah works with people to sit with discomfort, rather than run from it, so they can eventually heal. By embracing pain, sadness, and struggle, Sarah’s clients overcome past traumas, addictive behaviors, and feelings of meaninglessness and purposelessness. As a result, clients become more comfortable exploring who they are, creating fulfilling relationships, and becoming more connected to the world around them.
Sarah creates a space where clients tap into their own internal wisdom. However, she also provides research-driven suggestions to help manage their challenges, thoughts and behaviors. By creating a nurturing environment where clients can be their true selves, Sarah facilitates recovery and growth, empowering people to live more mindfully and authentically.
