Message to clients

Reaching out for support can be challenging, but I encourage you to take that first step. I look forward to working together to achieve the outcomes you desire for yourself. You got this, and I believe in you. In the meantime, take care of yourself and those around you; take a moment to notice the spark inside you leading you forward. Initiating therapy can bring up a lot of thoughts and feelings, just know that when we meet you will have a space to share those and work through them in a safe, validating, and healing space together. If you like, you can write down things you'd like to talk about and share in session, but this is solely based on what you feel would be helpful for you to make the most of our time together. Until then, -Sarah-
