Active Talks with Dr. Scott are:
HAVING A CONVERSATION AND MOVING AS WE TALK.
I believe you are a unique person who has realized they need to talk with someone who will listen and wants to work with them. i am a caring person
who wants to listen to your story and collaborate with you on finding your next steps and the clarity you are looking for.
LOOKING AT YOUR LIVE AS A STORY AND FINDING YOUR NEXT CHAPTER.
Everything that has led us to now is supposed to teach us about tomorrow. I will look at your journey and the steps that led you to here through a
narrative approach, find the lessons learned, and then chart out where you want to go next
USING CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY TO GIVE YOU YOUR BEST RESULTS.
I use Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) because I trust that working collaboratively with you will get your best results. I employ Biofeedback
(HeartMath) to help teach you how to increase your emotional self-regulation and adjust your physiological state simultaneously.
CONVENENT
I have offices located in Wheat Ridge and Littleton and can either meet in the office or do a walk-in talk session nearby. I am following COVID
protocols when meeting at both offices (masks worn in the building and during sessions, chairs are 6 feet apart, the room is sanitized and aired out
between sessions). I am also available to do telepsych sessions.
