Professional statement

Shannon has over a decade of experience in mental health, supporting individuals and groups (adults and adolescents 18+) facing various challenges, like depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and more. Shannon's background includes various roles in mental health. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from Westfield State University and a bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Shannon approach wellness by addressing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—combining traditional therapy with integrative tools like Reiki. I am also certified in biomagnetism, an approach to wellness that gets to the emotional root cause of illness. These methods can allow delving into the roots of physical and mental obstacles, fostering healing.
