She teaches clients how to harness their natural coping strategies to manage their emotional reactions throughout the day. She also teaches clients how to recognize negative thought patterns and replace them with healthier ways of thinking. She builds each client’s sense of hope, empowering them to make decisions that prioritizes their mental health.

Sharon earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Portland State University. She brings humor and compassion to each session with her clients as she shares new perspectives with them. Her goal is to support her clients as they look inwards and develop their sense of inspiration.
