Sharonda is skilled to adjust her therapeutic approach to fit her clients’ needs.

Sharonda is available for in-person or telehealth sessions and is eager to join you on your journey toward healing.

Message to clients

Life is already challenging, and when you add unexpected circumstances, it becomes even more challenging. Holding everything in and trying to deal with it yourself can be overwhelming and sometimes feel impossible. A simple talk with a caring and non-judgmental individual in a relaxed space may be what you need to work through life’s trials. I value respect, creativity, freedom, faith and forgiveness. I bring those values into the therapy space as we carefully untangle some of your toughest experiences at a pace that is comfortable for you.

I work with individuals, couples and families from all walks of life who are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, substance abuse addiction and other traumatic events. I do not provide “textbook” care, but instead true, genuine support as we work through the adversary you’re facing together.

If you are ready to be intentional about creating change and living a fulfilled life, please feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you
