Message to clients

Working with me feels easy and relaxing. Sharing some of the deepest moments of your life can be scary and unnerving, but doing it with someone who is empathetic and will handle the delicacies of your life with compassion, can make the journey worth all the effort. I hope to help you overcome these obstacles and teach you new skills.

As an immigrant and a person of color, I have a unique perspective on the world which helps me understand and relate to those with diverse backgrounds. If you have been struggling to identify the source of your discomfort, feel anxious at your job, have difficulty communicating with your partner, and are struggling to navigate the many decisions that come with being an adult, I want to help you.

I will help you set and reach goals to live a healthier life, improve how you show up for others, and become a better version of yourself.
