Shelly describes herself as an eclectic counselor, drawing from numerous different approaches including person-centered, CBT, DBT, narrative, and psychodynamic. She specializes in treating symptoms related to complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. However, she welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and experiences.
Shelly values the therapeutic relationship and takes meaningful steps to get to know each person she works with on an individual level, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their work together.
