Message to clients

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being your authentic self. My goal is to meet you where you are, recognize your strengths, and work collaboratively with you to identify tools and strategies that support your personal growth and healing.

I believe therapy is a partnership, and your experiences, values, and goals are at the center of our work together. Whether you are seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, or life transitions, I will walk alongside you as you develop greater self-awareness, build confidence, and create meaningful changes. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
