Message to clients

Therapy with me is about balance – whether you're sharing about your pets or processing challenging emotions, I’m here to listen and support you through it all. You are the expert of your own life, and I'm here to offer guidance in ways that make sense for your specific needs, empowering you to feel more in control and succeed on your own terms.

I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, supporting individuals in navigating specific challenges related to identity, self-acceptance, relationships, and/or discrimination and stigma. As someone with ADHD, I'm also passionate about helping clients gain a clearer understanding of how their brains work, so that they can continue to build strategies for success.

My therapy style blends a client-centered framework with humor, personal connection, and the occasional thoughtful challenge to help you grow. I provide a compassionate space where you can be your authentic self, no matter what challenges life may be throwing your way. Let’s work together to create a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and true to you.

Reach out today – I’d love to help.
