I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) by the State of NJ, as well as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Psychiatric Rehabilitation from Kean University in 2013 and Master's of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Rutgers University in 2016.
I hold seven years of counseling experiencing working with children, adolescents, adults, groups, families, and persons living with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), or substance use disorders. As a counselor, I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, blending techniques from complementary counseling theories to provide an individualized counseling experience tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
