Message to clients

My client's health and safety is my highest priority.

I try to meet clients where they are at in a gentle and person-centered style. My ideal clients include people that recognize the need to address their (mental, physical, spiritual) health and ready to explore the deeper roots and shadows in their lives. My goal is to work alongside our clients in their journey to reach where they want to be.

My aim is to provide the most gentle, ethical, safe, and effective counseling. My philosophy is to tailor treatment therapy for each individual, family, or system as I recognize the uniqueness of each person/system. I am pleased you are considering me to be a part of your journey to health. My first priority is to hear your story and what goals you would like to realize in therapy. I will try my best to create an environment for you to feel safe enough to express honest feelings and then assist you in finding the right fit - whether it is with me or to help find a referral.
