Message to clients

I love my work! Helping you reach your goals is my absolute purpose in life and I can’t imagine a better one. It's the only profession where the goal is to have you not need me anymore!!

You have dreams, struggles, insecurities, fears and cannot seem to get on track. Or maybe you were derailed by a death, divorce or job loss. You deserve to have help. Therapy helped me through a very painful time in my life. I grew so much in those years! Truly understanding the value of therapy at a time when I was my most vulnerable made me realize it was something I could do to help others. When you come to see me, we will go over your goals and reach them! If childhood pain is in the way in the present, we will work it through. I use a variety of interventions: EMDR, Somatic therapies, Attachment therapies and Mindfulness. I have a large tool chest and I will be there with you throughout the process of discovery.

Learning about yourself is never scary; it's always freeing. The scary part is deciding to make the call. I'm here to help.
