Tayler specializes in adolescents, emerging adults, college students, life transitions, identity exploration, self-destructive behavior, process addictions, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, mindfulness, and therapeutic arts.
Her approach to therapy is eclectic and rooted in Greenberg’s Emotion Focused Therapy, which involves exploring and transforming emotions and attachment to support people in living meaningful lives. She frequently incorporate interventions from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. While talk therapy has its strengths, she believes that emotions can sometimes be more comfortably expressed and processed through the arts. In her practice, she incorporates therapeutic art exercises and welcomes any forms of artistic expression that resonate with you. You are the expert of your own experience, and she would be honored to be a companion on your healing journey.
