Tiffany is passionate about providing a comfortable, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can safely unpack the thoughts and feelings they are experiencing. Message to clients

I provide empathy, compassion, and dedication to every client’s individual needs. In my practice you will find a safe space to learn from the past, live in the present, and look forward to the future. I will encourage you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that will help you identify obstacles while in a comfortable, compassionate, collaborative environment that fosters a non-judgmental dialogue. We will work together, with the goal in mind of getting you to a place where you are confident, happy, and living in the present moment.


Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Infertility counseling - Understanding infertility interventions and solutions; support during decision-making processes; coping with fertility problems and pregnancy loss

Parenting - Helping parents develop and implement strategies to address challenges that arise throughout childrearing; managing stress and increasing support

Postpartum depression - Coping with persistent feelings of sadness, exhaustion, and/or being overwhelmed after the birth of a child; developing strategies for more positive thought patterns and behaviors.

Pregnancy, perinatal, postpartum mental health - Addressing issues specific to women and families during the pregnancy and postpartum period, including postpartum depression and anxiety
