I will encourage you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that will help you identify obstacles while in a comfortable, compassionate, collaborative environment that fosters a non-judgmental dialogue. We will work together, with the goal in mind of getting you to a place where you are confident, happy, and living in the present moment.

Infertility counseling - Understanding infertility interventions and solutions; support during decision-making processes; coping with fertility problems and pregnancy loss

Parenting - Helping parents develop and implement strategies to address challenges that arise throughout childrearing; managing stress and increasing support

Postpartum depression - Coping with persistent feelings of sadness, exhaustion, and/or being overwhelmed after the birth of a child; developing strategies for more positive thought patterns and behaviors.
